ALANYAZI TURKISH TARHANA SOUP

Tarhana is a special Turkish soup known and cooked for centuries in Anatolia. Tarhana of ALANYAZI, differs by its Aegea-oriented special and traditional components like Buldan’s Dry Tomatoes, mandate’s milk cream, and Aegean yogurt made in the pouch. After the finest ingredients are gathered, ALANYAZI Tarhana is produced by traditional and ancient Aegean techniques with also following modern hygiene standards. After sun-fermented and hand-labored processes; excellent flavor and aroma come as an expected result.

ALANYAZI Tarhana does not contain any kind of conservatives or preservatives. The fermentation process is never modified or interfered with; the product is naturally fermented.
